The Pendant is set with two natural gemstones. Your other options for the eyes are diamonds, both yellow and white, or yellow and blue sapphire, garnet, rhodolite garnet and emerald. You can select the color option from the variations tab marked "Eye color". All gemstones are
untreated.
The 14K gold dragon pendant has a final weight of approximately 11.5 grams. The 18K gold pendant will weigh approximately 13.5 grams and the 22K gold version will have an approximate gold weight of 16.7 grams. The final weights are approximated because no two are alike. These are all hand made and hand finished. The final weight might be a little higher or possibly lower by no more than half a gram. This variance is due to how much time I spend engraving, or carving in missing detail. This is hand carved and yes I did make it so you will not find it anywhere else, unless it has been copied.
I sign, date and number each Dragon medallion that I make. As a signature item I always try to set two small natural gemstones in the eyes. In this case I have chosen Ruby eyes because they look the best in a dragon. The Rubies are natural and untreated and measure 1.1mm and have total combined weight of around .015 carats. I also offer other options for the eyes. There is no charge for any substitution.
The pendant measures 26mm x 27.5mm and is approximately 2.0mm thick. The bail will take up to a 8mm round or wide chain. The approximate size of this pendant is smaller than a half dollar yet bigger than a quarter
The pendant can be recast in white, yellow, or rose gold for no additional charge The bale on the pendant has a dragons head on it and is also hand carved.
The pendant can also be oxidized to bring out the details. This too is a free service.

PLATING FINISH:
All Platinum, 14K white gold, 18K white gold jewelry (rings, bracelets, pendants and Earrings) will be finished with a Super Bright White Rhodium plating. This is a standard practice in the entire industry. If you do not want the final plating please let us know in advance.
This applies only to white metals. All other metals are never plated, but left in the natural state.
